Russell Hardy is the Global Head of Private Equity at Montgomery Marshall, he spearheads the firm’s private capital division and strategies on a global scale, with over a decade of experience in CEO Search & Executive Search within private equity and investment management. Russell is renowned for his strategic vision, market insight, and expertise in managing complex senior mandates.
Since joining Montgomery Marshall in 2020, Russell has been instrumental in driving the growth and performance of the company’s private equity division. He oversees all aspects of private capital operations, including sourcing and evaluating business opportunities, executing senior mandates, and developing strategic regional team moves. Under his leadership, Montgomery Marshall has led notable achievements, he was responsible for establishing the Frankfurt Office of a leading global investment firm, managing over $500 billion in assets.
Russell holds an MSc in Financial Mathematics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's in Psychology from King's College London. He is actively involved in supporting early-stage tech-for-good start-ups that create meaningful impact within the community.
